Tri-Johnson Marketing Solutions, LLC, doing business as Legendary Leads ("we," "us," or "our"), respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes how to notify us of claimed copyright infringement concerning material on crm.legendaryleads.co, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Designated agent
Send all copyright notices to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent
Tri-Johnson Marketing Solutions, LLC
PO Box 12
Waverly, IA 50677
United States
Email: support@legendaryleads.co
Phone: (319) 727-8500
Please put "DMCA Notice" in the subject line so it reaches the right person quickly. This contact is for copyright notices only; support questions sent here will be redirected and may be delayed.
2. Filing a notice of claimed infringement
If you believe material on our site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send a written notice that includes all of the following. A notice missing these elements may not be effective.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it — a direct URL is best.
- Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
3. What we do with a valid notice
On receiving a notice that substantially complies with the requirements above, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified. Where the material was posted by an identifiable user, we will make reasonable efforts to notify them and to provide a copy of the notice.
4. Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the agent above containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant first notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Consider consulting a lawyer before sending either a notice or a counter-notice.
6. Repeat infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
7. Trademarks and third-party platforms
Concerns about trademark use are separate from this policy — write to the same address describing the mark and the use at issue. Note that content hosted on a third-party platform such as Facebook, YouTube or the Chrome Web Store is not within our control; those platforms operate their own notice procedures and a notice about material there should be filed with them.
