Legendary Messenger CRM: Turn Messenger into a real sales pipeline.
Chrome Extension for Facebook Messenger

Turn Messenger Into An Organized Sales Machine

Every conversation gets a pipeline stage, a next message and a follow-up date — without leaving Messenger. Stop scrolling back through threads trying to remember who you already talked to.

No contracts. Cancel any time.  ·  $37/mo after your trial.

The Problem

Messenger was never built to be a CRM

If you sell through Facebook, your pipeline is a scrolling list of conversations. Nothing is staged, nothing is scored, and nothing reminds you to circle back.

Conversations scroll away

A thread you were three questions deep on drops off the screen the moment somebody else messages you. There is no way to mark it, sort it, or find it again except by memory.

Follow-up depends on memory

The money is in the second, third and fourth touch — the ones nothing prompts you to make. Most conversations die not from a "no" but from silence on your end.

You have no numbers

How many people accepted? How many replied? How many booked? Without those rates you can't tell whether the problem is your targeting, your opener, or your close.

What It Does

A real CRM, sitting on top of Messenger

The extension adds a layer over the Messenger you already use. Your conversations stay exactly where they are — they just start behaving like records.

01

Every thread becomes a record

Open a conversation and their record opens with it — stage, tags, notes, their details and every touch you've had. A bar across the top of the thread shows where they stand and what to say next. Move a stage with one keystroke and keep typing.

02

Work a pipeline, not an inbox

A full pipeline page with saved views, tag filters, search and bulk actions. See everyone sitting at "offer made", everyone who never got an intro, everyone due today — and jump straight back into any thread.

03

Finally know your numbers

A dashboard that counts your funnel from the event log, measures four conversion rates against their targets, and names the one stage costing you the most in a sentence. What gets measured, gets managed.

The Pipeline Is The Spine

Eight stages, in the order they actually happen

No questionnaire to fill in and no setup to design. The stages ship with the product, every change writes a timestamped event, and the numbers come out of that log.

Where everyone stands

Offer MadeHOT
Call BookedHOT

Deal Lost
Follow-Upasks when
HOT is where they stand, not what they answered. Interest, Offer Made and Call Booked are the stages where somebody is worth your time today, so the flag sets itself. There is nothing to score and nothing to keep updated.

Four rates you can actually fill

Reply rate50%
Interest rate50%
Booked call rate30%
Close rate50%

Each one is a step the pipeline records, measured against a target. The dashboard reads them and says, in one sentence, which stage is costing you the most — instead of handing you a chart to interpret.

Only four, on purpose. A rate nothing in the pipeline can fill is worse than no rate at all.

Features

Everything you need, nothing you have to babysit

The record, beside the thread

A bar across the top of the conversation shows the stage, the HOT flag, tags and what to say next — changeable in place. The full record opens in a column on the right, or in Chrome's side panel. Same record, two homes.

A board you can drag

Pipeline opens as a kanban — a column per stage, a card per person with their avatar, tags and what's due next. Drag a card to move them. List swaps back to a table with search, tag filters, saved views and bulk actions.

Calendar of follow-ups

A month grid with the agenda beside it, so you can see the week you've built rather than a list of dates. Set a follow-up on any record and it lands here. Overdue stays overdue — it counts against your follow-through rate, because it should.

Images library

Keep the screenshots, price sheets and proof shots you send constantly in one place. One click hands the file to Messenger's own upload control — the same path as picking it from the dialog. It attaches; it doesn't send.

Links library

Your booking link, your case study, your pricing page — saved once, dropped into a conversation in one click. No more digging through tabs mid-conversation to find the URL you send twenty times a day.

Messages assembled, not stored whole

A script, a picture and a link, combined at send time in whatever mix the conversation calls for — so sending the same photo with a different sentence never means duplicating anything. Type / in the compose box to pick a script.

Spintax and merge fields

{Hey|Hi|Hey there} picks a branch each time, so twenty openers aren't twenty identical messages. {{first_name}} fills from the record. A field with no value stops and asks you — it never quietly becomes an empty gap.

Your openers, split tested

File more than one script under a stage and they rotate. You get reply rate and stage-advance rate side by side, and a verdict that says plainly whether it's still rotating, a clear winner, or too close to call. Uses count on insert, not on read.

Follow-ups that move themselves

Send a message and the stage keeps up: when they write back, a New Lead becomes Replied on its own. Mark Deal Won and it asks what it was worth, right when you know. Mark Follow-Up and it asks when, and writes the reminder.

Their details, on the record

Phone, email, website, business and address on a Data tab — each one becomes the action once it's filled, so a number dials and an address opens a map. Add fields of your own and they appear on every contact.

Labels inside Facebook

Switch on "Show labels in Facebook" and each person's stage and HOT flag render on Messenger's own conversation list, with a stripe down the edge of the row in the stage's colour. You read your pipeline without opening anything.

Bring your data, and take it

Importers that recognise Chatsilo, Genius Messenger and GroupTrack exports on sight, with a preview before anything lands. On the way out: CSV, a full JSON backup, and an outbound webhook with a retry queue.

Straight Answers

What it deliberately does not do

Your pipeline lives in your own browser, on your own computer — there is no server-side copy of it and no account to create. You've probably also been pitched tools in this space that got people's accounts restricted, so here is exactly where the line is.

  • It does not send messages for you. Scripts are written into the compose box and stop there. You read every message and you press send.
  • It does not mass-message or drip. There is no unattended sending queue, and there isn't one on the roadmap.
  • It does not scrape strangers. It works with conversations you are already in — not with lists of people you aren't.
  • It does not touch private groups. No member lists, no harvesting from closed groups. Ever.
  • It does not upload your conversations. Nothing about your threads is sent to us.
  • It is not affiliated with Facebook. It's an independent tool that runs in your browser alongside Messenger.

FAQs

Questions people actually ask

Can I use this inside my normal Facebook account?
Yes. It runs in your browser on top of the Messenger you already use, with the account you're already logged into. There's no separate inbox to learn and nothing changes about how you message people.
Does it send messages for me?
No. This is the question worth being blunt about. Scripts are inserted into the compose box and the extension stops there — you read the message and you hit send. There is no unattended sending, no drip, no queue running while you're away, and none of that is planned.
Is my Facebook account at risk?
This is an independent tool that isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook, and it operates outside Facebook's terms for automated tools. We've built it to keep that exposure as small as it can be: it reads the page you're already looking at, it never sends on your behalf, it never collects people you aren't already talking to, and it never touches private group member lists. You should still make your own decision about using any third-party tool with your account.
Where is my data stored?
In your browser's own database, on your computer. Your contacts, notes and conversation history don't get uploaded to us. That also means the data lives on the machine you installed it on — so take the JSON backup now and then, and use it if you move computers.
What browser do I need?
Google Chrome, or another Chromium-based desktop browser that installs Chrome extensions. It's a desktop tool — the Messenger mobile app can't run extensions.
How many scripts can I save?
As many as you want, filed under whichever pipeline stage they belong to. The library deliberately starts empty apart from one example greeting — what you say varies enormously from person to person, and a library full of somebody else's words is a library you have to clear out before you can use it. Delete the example and it stays deleted. Write two or more for the same stage and they rotate as a split test.
Do I pay extra for updates?
No. Every update is included for as long as your subscription is active.
What happens when my trial ends?
On day 8 the card you entered is charged $37 and you keep going month to month. Cancel any time before then and you're not charged at all. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Is there someone I can talk to?
Yes. Email support@legendaryleads.co or call (319) 727-8500. A real person from Tri-Johnson Marketing Solutions answers.
